A3 supports both wired and wireless connection with router.

For wired connection

To ensure stable connection, we do suggest you place the router and A3 within 10 meters, the sensors and A3 within 100 meters, and in the meantime make sure no metal obstacles or walls between them. Besides, placing gateway or sensor on the top of the router will also affect their connection.

For wireless connection

To ensure stable connection, we do suggest you place the router and A3 within 6 meters, the sensors and A3 within 100 meters, and in the meantime make sure no metal obstacles or walls between them. Besides, placing gateway or sensor on the top of the router will also affect their connection.
