如果基座提示無法連接主機,我該怎麼辦?

請依照以下步驟操作:

1. 檢查RS2是否開機:長按啟動鍵2秒,30秒後觀察設備四色燈是否旋轉並變為淺黃色,如是表示已正常開機;

2. 檢查清掃過程中是否掉線:若RS2在清掃時與基座失去聯繫,可能是距離過遠導致的臨時斷線,不影響正常運作,恢復連接後將繼續工作;

3. 系統錯誤處理:若RS2紅燈閃爍,表示系統出錯,請長按電源鍵重啟設備以恢復正常;

4. 網路波動處理:如遇網路不穩可嘗試重啟基座,操作為:拔掉電源,待螢幕完全熄滅後再重新接通,有助於穩定連線。
