1. 硬碟錯誤：在使用硬碟之前未寫入或未格式化硬碟時出現錯誤。
2. 網路斷線：沒有以太網連接，請確保NVR已連接到功能性網路並上線。
3. IP衝突：請確認您的NVR IP位址是否與您家中其他網路設備的IP位址衝突，方法是進入「設定-網路-一般」，如果有衝突，請停用「啟用DHCP」按鈕以修改NVR的IP位址。
4. 記錄異常：沒有視訊硬碟存在，因此請檢查您是否安裝了硬碟。
