スマートロックが外部から直接開けられる場合の対処法

指紋認証やパスコードを使用せずにスマートロックが外側から開けられてしまう問題が発生した場合は、フロントパネルを取り外し、角棒を90度回転させてからもう一度お試しください。取り付け後すぐにネジで固定せず、すべての部品が正常に動作することをテストしてから締め付けることをお勧めします。それでもご不明な点がございましたら、サポートチームまでお問い合わせください。
