如果您无法通过EZVIZ APP进入相机设置 > 云存储 > 订阅管理 > 取消订阅自行取消CloudPlay订阅,为了提供取消服务,我们希望您通过联系EZVIZ(rma.glb@ezviz.com)提供以下信息:  

- 您的EZVIZ摄像头的9位SN  

- 您用于订阅云存储或接收CloudPlay收据的电子邮件地址  

- 订阅确认电子邮件的截图  

- 取消申请原因  

同时,请注意,取消订阅时:  

1. 不提供退款/按比例计算日期。  

2. 录制计划将在订阅期结束时失效。
