"排查充电问题时，请确保电源正常工作且RH1设备正确插入底座。开始充电时您应听到充电提示音。
进一步排查请按以下步骤操作：
1.将RH1从底座取出
2.长按电源键3秒检查设备是否开机
3.查看屏幕显示的电量：
-若电量显示100%且为首次使用设备，此现象正常。建议每次充电前先将电量完全耗尽。在初始充电周期中设备会自动校准电池，因此每次充满后屏幕会熄灭进入省电模式-
