1. 硬盘错误：在使用或不使用硬盘之前写入或未格式化硬盘时出现错误。
2. 网络断开：没有以太网连接，请确保NVR连接到功能网络并在线。
3. IP冲突：请确认您的NVR IP地址是否与您家中其他网络设备的IP地址冲突，方法是转到“配置-网络-常规”，如果有冲突，请禁用“启用DHCP”按钮以修改NVR的IP地址。
4. 记录异常：不存在视频硬盘，请检查您是否安装了硬盘。
