Hoe initialiseer ik de geheugenkaart die in de camera is ingevoegd?

Volg de onderstaande stappen:

1. Meld u aan bij uw EZVIZ-account.

2. Op de Home-pagina, klik op het 3-punt pictogram naast de naam van uw camera om de Device Settings-pagina te openen.

3. Tik op Storage Status of Record List.

4. Tik op Memory Card en tik vervolgens op Initialize/Reformat.

Als het probleem niet is opgelost, neem dan contact op met de "EZVIZ support team" voor verdere hulp.
