Als het scherm van de monitor die is verbonden met uw X4 zwart is, volgt u dan de onderstaande stappen om te controleren:

1. Verminder "Sub-stream": Ga naar "Device Management"—"Advanced Settings"—"Record"—"Parameters", verminder dan de "Sub-stream" van uw camera en pas het toe.

2. Ga terug naar het hoofdmenu, klik dan op de knop "Shut Down" om uw systeem opnieuw op te starten.
