Wat moet ik doen als mijn account is vergrendeld?

Wacht ongeveer 5 minuten, en gebruik dan de functie 'Wachtwoord vergeten' om het wachtwoord voor je account op te halen.  

1. Klik op 'Wachtwoord vergeten' op de inlogpagina van de EZVIZ mobiele app.  

2. Voer het telefoonnummer of e-mailadres van de gebruiker in, afhankelijk van de registratiemethode van het account.  

3. Er wordt een 4-cijferige verificatiecode verstuurd naar de gebruiker, die deze moet invoeren om zijn/haar wachtwoord te wijzigen of te herstellen.
