C1C-1MP, How to cancel cloud storage subscriptions

To cancel a CloudPlay subscription, open the EZVIZ app, go to camera Settings, then Cloud Storage > Subscription Management, and tap Cancel Subscription. No refunds or pro-rated dates; recording continues until end of billing period. To end a 30-day free trial early, go to Camera Settings > CloudPlay, tap the three-dot icon, select My Plan, find the free trial and tap End, then confirm with Continue and OK. For 7-day free trial， to stop recording, go to Camera Settings > CloudPlay, tap the three-dot icon, and disable Recording Setting. If unable to cancel, contact EZVIZ support（support@ezviz.com） with the 9-digit SN, email used for subscription, screenshot of confirmation email, and reason.
